Leitarvél Google aðstoðar mann stundum ef eitthvað er slegið vitlaust inn og eins virðist hún ansi liðleg við það sem ,,passar ekki" hvað kynjahlutverk snertir, rakst á þessa frásögn:

I was arguing with my girlfriend about women not inventing anything useful. In an attempt to prove me wrong she Google "She invented" only to have ask Did you mean "He invented" - af digg.com

Konur sem sagt finna ekkert upp samkvæmt Google.

Ég prófaði að slá inná leitarvefinn ,,she achieved" og google segir:  Did you mean: he achieved. Sama leiðrétting kemur þegar ég slæ inn ,,she accomplished" og ,,she calculated". 

Ef ég sný þessu við og slæ inn ,,he cooked" kemur: Did you mean he looked?
